It's about this man with scissors for hands. His creator never had time to finish him. He lives alone in a tower because his creator has died. A women who sells makeup is having bad luck on selling things that she is so desperate she goes to the creepy old tower. She finds him and keeps him in her house. She shows him pictures of her family and he falls in love with her daughter's picture who's name is Kim. After the family comes he becomes really popular but Kim dosen't like him. Bad things start to happen. Before he came down from the tower it never snows but now it snows because he makes ice sculptures.
